Abstract

This research is to know: (a) how the image of PT. AR Tour & Travel by service users, (b) how the efforts of PT. AR Tour & Travel in build the image as a form of differentiation marketing, (c) marketing advantages by use dimension of image done by PT. AR Tour & Travel. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data source used is primary data and secondary data. Technique of collecting data with observation, interview, and documentation. Test of data validity use triangulation. The results are: First, some images that apply to the PT. AR Tour & Travel by service users, (a) PT. AR Tour & Travel has an expensive package price, (b) PT. AR Tour & Travel provides the best facilities, (c) PT. AR Tour & Travel is able to provide a manasik that is easily understood and followed by the pilgrims, (d) PT. AR Tour & Travel has a variety of packages that can be adapted to the needs of pilgrims, (e) The employees of PT. AR Tour & Travel has a friendly attitude in service. Second, the efforts made by PT. AR tours & Travel in image building are, (a) utilizing the charismatic image of the leader of the AR Foundation, (b) varying product packages, (c) applying work traditions and culture, (d) maintaining good communication with service users. Third, the advantages of marketing differentiation using image dimension is quite effective, the indication can be seen from the data of the number of service users who always show well.

Abstract

This research are intended to explore the utilization of information technology for small and medium enterprises (SMEs)to develop market share in the form of e-marketing. The results showed that SMEs in the city of Semarang has utilized information technology, from the simplest to the advanced. Hand Phone and computer are a tool that used it, although for computers not all SMEs have been using it. The form of communications media used by SMEs such as: SMS, whatshap, e-mail, website, blog, istagram, blackbarry, line, and the like. The acceptable outcomes of SMEs when they use technology are in addition to encouraging increased sales, as well as obtaining convenience when communicating with customers, ordering, marketing products, identifying customer needs, identify supplier needs, consumer surveys and the like.

Abstract

The potential of Branchless banking is good enough for revolution of payment system in the emerging markets. Which aims to expand financial services to unbanked communities and provide a platform to contact MSMEs to the global economy can be achieved. Bank Indonesia (BI) targets the percentage of people reaching bankable services to reach 50% by 2019. By the end of 2014, the new bankable group reaches 36%. Meanwhile, as many as 64% are unreached groups of services from banks (unbankable), now our society tend to have mind-minded economy mindset. For that, need an increase from the side of savings. Digital financial services (LKD) such as Branchless Banking initiated by Bank Indonesia may be part of this intermediation. Some of the reasons that make the unbankable group exist, ie they do not understand how to open an account. In addition, people may also prefer to save themselves, shy with the formalities, or they are no money. Branchless Banking Agent as one of the elements in the implementation of Branchless Banking very need to be studied existence. To assist this research, and also use primary data needed and secondary in the implementation, in-depth interviews, observation and other in reviewing this qualitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine whether branchless banking agents were able to reach the bankable community. Methods of data collection in this study are, documentation studies, Direct observation, Indepth interview Open Questions, as well as provide a question sheet to the respondents and other sources. Qualitative Data Analysis Method used in this research is successive approximation method. The results of this study indicate that Agent Banking is able to become one of the elements in achieving Bankable society, where with its existence, its proximity and intensity with unbanked communities, can slowly increase bankable society.

Abstract

This study aims to explain causality between Islamic monetary policy with Shariah Open Market Operation instrument and Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificate on inflation with time series data period from January 2010 - June 2017 which processed by Granger causality analysis method and using vectorautoregresive model. This study shows a direct causal relationship of OPTS to GDP, SBIS to OPTS and two-way causal relationship between SBIS and GDP.

Abstract

Bank Syariah is a syariah financial institution that is oriented to profit (Profit). Profit is not only for the benefit of the owner or the founder, but also very important for the development of sharia bank business. Bank as a financial institution which one of its functions is to collect public funds, must have a source to raise funds before the channel back to the community. As an intermediary institution, the first capital of a financial institution is trust, namely the trust of the parties it connects. In other words, the first capital of a financial institution is the credibility of which the customers or the public at large. While the second capital of a financial institution is professionalism, namely professionalism in managing money or deposit funds mandated to him.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze factors affecting Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) of Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) is a social responsibility disclosure index accordance to the sharia principles. The social responsibility disclosure is accountability to Allah SWT to make a decision for muslim firm report user. ISR was evaluated based on content analysis by analyzing annual report of 55 companies that listed in Jakarta Islamic Index exchange in 2011-2015. There were four factors suspected to influence ISR in this study. The results show that liquidity, profitability and company age significantly affect the disclosure of ISR. Meanwhile, industry type does not affect the disclosure of ISR.

Abstract

Mudharabah is a special kind of partnership between two parties, where one partner providers the capital executed (shahibul mal) and the other supplying the labor and skill as agent or manager (mudharib), for investing in a pre-determined activity, which grants each party a share of the earnings as determined at the time of the investment. On this Implementation while the risk in financing mudharabah, especially on this the financing application, high relatively, among other side streaming, negligence and misconduct willful, concealment of profits by customers when customers are not honest. The amount of financing risk is shown in the ratio of non-performing finance. The high of non-performing finance indicates the large number of borrowers who can’t repay their finance in accordance with the initial agreement that has been agreed between the bank and the customer, so financing becomes problematic. Funding problems can be caused by the bank itself, the customers or external parties. KSPPS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Mijen Kudus has been anticipating the event of a dispute banking, especially in the provision of financing problems. On this theory of completion financing problems, be done with several measures including the rescue action by intensive bill, rescheduling, re-requirements and realignment. Rescue actions made by bank on this condition that the customer is still considered to have good faith to settle the payment.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the popular use of human power in human civilization and in accordance with its nature as a creature of god that needs each other. The need for more manpower to spur the growth of production that ultimately the utilization of human labor is identical to the work and wages provided by the company. While the government sees wages, on the one hand to ensure the fulfillment of a decent life for workers and their families, increases employee productivity and increases people’s purchasing power, on the other hand to promote business progress and competitiveness. This study uses a qualitative approach with literary research nuances. The study also aims to provide answers to wage polemics, in which workers hold that wages are a source of income to meet the needs of himself and family and a reflection of job satisfaction. It is therefore necessary to provide salary or wage solutions in Islamic perspective. The results of this study indicate that wages in Islam are compensation received by workers for the benefits of work done properly and correctly, in the form of material and reward based on the principles of al-’adl and morals with respect to humanity aspect. Based on the principle of justice and morals, the excess wages in Islam is closely related to the principle of morality that is able to meet basic needs, education, and health security well and honorable, so that wages are not only limited to mere material (dimension of the world) but penetrate the limits of life, the dimension akherat .

Abstract

The rapid business competition encourages every company to have a sharp strategy in order to excel in competing with its competitors or at least able to stay afloat to run its business. This study aims to analyze opportunities and business development at Sentra Jenang in Kaliputu Kudus Tourism Village. Respondents of this research are entrepreneurs who are located in Sentra Jenang Tourism Village kaliputu Kudus. The research data obtained by observation and interview is analyzed descriptively by using SWOT strategy matrix to analyze the strategy specified by the respondents. The results of this study indicate that there are some problems faced by some small entrepreneurs that are difficult to develop due to not have a place to market their products, the quality of human resources that are poorly trained to inhibit the production process, the company does not have good financial management so that difficulty for the management of funds, with increasingly fierce competition. The competition that arises more on jenang products from outside Kaliputu and the inclusion of substitution products that other snacks are more modern and follow the development of the era. From the threats that exist then every MSME or jenang industry in the tourist village of Kaliputu Kudus should make innovations of new variants in order to compete in the market and not inferior to other products.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analayze efficiency level of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia (Bank Mega Syariah, Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah, Bank BRI Syariah, and Bank Syariah Mandiri) 2014-2015 period. Data used in this research is secondary data taken from Financial Statement Publication issued by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). This research uses input-output variable with Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) Method.The result shows the difference of efficiency score for each Sharia Commercial Bank. Based on the calculacy using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) Method on BUSN Foreign Exchange of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia only Bank Panin Dubai Syariah that has been succeeded with 100 percent of continuously efficiency during the research. The highest efficiency is experienced by Bank BNI Syariah and BRI Syariah because during the research they experienced inefficiency. During the research Bank Mega Syariah experienced efficiency three times on quarter March 2014, March 2015, and June 2015. Bank Muamalat Indonesia only experienced efficiency twice on quarter March 2014 and March 2015, beside that Bank Muamalat Indonesia experienced inefficiency. Bank Syariah Mandiri experienced efficiency twice on quarter March 2015 and quarter December 2015.
